Dear Ted,
Recently a visit was made to the above referenced home. The purpose of the visit was to
determine if the foundation was properly built and if the house is properly attached to the
foundation. The site visit and this report are limited to only those items specifically listed below.
This report CANNOT be re -used for future transactions, by other buyers, or for refinancing,
without express written permission from the engineer.
The home is a double -wide manufactured home about 24 -ft. wide by 48 -ft. lon,The foundation
consists of concrete footings and walls. The footings are the proper depth below grade.
Foundation vents, vapor barrier, tie -dooms, marriage -line piers and jack stands have all been
installed in a good workmanlike manner. The moving hitches and axles have been removed from
under the home and off the site. The existing structure is self=supporting and does not bear on the
manufactured home.
Based on my professional judgement exercised as reasonable and prudent using usual and
customary professional skill and care, the construction of the permanent foundation and the
attachment of the home to the foundation are in accordance with HUD Guideline 7584
`'Permanent Foundation Guidelines for Manufactured Housing' published September 1996. If
