HomeMy WebLinkAboutFOF - C&C Supply - Corner of 1st W & 2nd N - Rezone to MDRFINDINGS OF FACT FOR ZONE CHANGE On January 21, 2003, Todd Webb presented to the Rexburg City Clerk a Request and Application for a Zone Change on property located at the northwest corner of I" West and 2nd North in the City of Rexburg, said property to be changed from Light Industrial (LI) to Medium Density Residential (MDR). 2. On February 6, 2003, Todd Webb appeared before the Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Rexburg requesting a rezone of said property located at the northwest corner of IS` West and 2nd North from Light Industrial (LI) to Medium Density Residential (MDR). The Planning & Zoning Commission review of the proposed zone change was discussed in terms of location for residential housing and street access for residential housing. It was the opinion of the Planning & Zoning Commission to deny the zone change request with consideration for the requested density use of the property. StepheA Zollinger, City A ney
