HomeMy WebLinkAboutNOTICE - 03-00022 - Verizon Wireless - Monopole TowerNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, March 06, 2003, at 7:05 p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a Conditional Use Permit (CLIP) for a 160 ft. mono -pole antenna with a 12 ft. by 28 ft. pre- fabricated equipment building equipped with an internal 60 KW backup emergency generator and an internal 184 gallon diesel fuel tank. The antenna will provide cellular wireless services to the Rexburg, Idaho area. The location is zoned as Low Density Residential (LDR). The said property is located at 1202 Fast Poleline Road in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Township 6 North, Range 40 East B. M., Madison County, Idaho Section 32: SW 1/4 SW1A , except that portion of lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 11 of Valley View Estates Subdivision, Division No. 3 City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho which overlaps on the West boundary of land described herein above, except the County Road. At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permit. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on March 05, 2003.
