HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING & NEWSPAPER - Comprehensive Plan 2003NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF REXBURG NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held June 26, 2003, at 7:05 p.m. before the Rexburg Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, to amend the current Comprehensive Plan 2010 to the proposed Comprehensive Plan 2020. It is proposed to review the current Comprehensive Plan 2010 and make amendments to the Plan as needed to reflect the Communities Vision for the growth of the Community in the next 10 plus years. As the Community is experiencing substantial growth at this time, the Communities Vision for the growth of the City needs to be reviewed. At such Public Hearing the Rexburg Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to the Comprehensive Plan 2010 revisions that will be proposed. This notice is given to the provisions of Section 67-6508, Idaho Code and all amended thereof. The Planning and Zoning Commission encourages all City residents to participate in the process to amend the Comprehensive Plan 2010. Citizen's comments maybe submitted to the City Staff or the Planning and Zoning Commission in writing or by Email during the fact finding period. All interested persons are invited to offer their views and Vision for the City of Rexburg for the next 10 plus years of development. The Planning and Zoning Commission will receive written input for this Public Hearing prior to 4:00 p.m. on June 25, 2003. All interested persons are invited to offer comments or testimony.
