NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday May 01, 2003, at 7:05 p.m., in the
City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a
Conditional Use Permit for a "Planned Residential Development". The property is Zoned
Medium Density Residential (MDR).
The said property is located at 350 South Pioneer Road in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is N.89°48'35"E. 1919.44 feet along the East-West Center Section line
from the West 1/4 Corner of Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 39 East of the Boise
Meridian; said point being on the East right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 20; running thence
N.89048'35"E. 717.23 feet along said East-West Center Section line to the Center 1/4 Corner of
said Section 25; thence S.0016'32"E. 164.95 feet along the North-South Center Section line of
said Section 25; thence S.89°48'26"W. 396.14 feet; thence S.0°16'32"E. 164.94 feet; thence
S.89048'26"W. 321.80 feet to the aforementioned Highway right-of-way line; thence
N.0009'10"W. 329.92 feet along said right-of-way to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING: 3.93 acres.
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections
and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept
written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on April 30`h, 2003.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.
