Bank of the Rexburg Irrigation Company Canal; thence Southwest along said Canal bank 162.0
feet, more or less, thence West 321.0 feet; thence North 116.0 feet to the point of beginning.

EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Beginning at a point on the Fast bank of the Rexburg Inigation
Canal, said point being 1192 feet South and 434 feet East of the Nor l:h est comer of Section

thence Southwesterly along the said canal bank and fence line 162 feet, more or less, thence
West 32 feet more or less, thence Northwesterly along said canal bank and fence line 162 feet,
more or less, thence East 32 feet, more or less to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO all easements, right of ways, covenants, lestrictons, reservations, applicable budding and zoning
ordinances and use regutations and mshicUons of record, and payment of amu ng present yeartaxes and assessments
as agreed to by parties above.

heirs and assigns forever. And the said Grantor does hereby owenent to and with the said Gran6ee, that the Grantor is

levies, and assessments, and except U. S. Patent reservations, mstrVions, easements of record, and easements vislble
