The location is zoned Highway Business District (HBD). The said property is located at 1175 West Main Street and the development is known as Valley Wide CO-OP in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, of the Valley Wide Subdivision No. 1 to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho.
