An RLLC will allow the interior lot lines to be non -applicable, as well as allow the two buildings to share the one parking lot. For development purposes, this project would be treated as having one lot. Approved Site Plan Need details for screening material of trash dumpster. Approved Site Plan Please submit a lighting plan that includes a photometric layout that adheres to the City's lighting ordinance (Section 4.14 of Ordinance 926). Please provide details on any proposed exterior wall mounted lights, i.e. manufacturers specifications. Wall mounted lights are prohibited unless they are fitted with full cut-off fixtures. Approved Site Plan It appears that there may be options for providing more parking areas. Please determine if the unused areas on the site plan can be converted. Please describe proposed land use and parking demand. Are employees usually bussed to location? How many full-time employees that have vehicles will be on-site? Approved Site Plan Parking lot is supposed to have adequate screening from the road. Linden trees only, as proposed, will not be adequate. What can be done for adequate screening that will hold up to snow removal impacts? Please proppose options. The 12 waterline on the south side of the project is not active. The fire line should come from the existing 6 inch tee and valve that was provided at the property line where the connection to the north building is shown. Both buildings could be service from the one line. 2. It is not clear on the plans what the driveway surfacing is to be. It will need to be a concrete approach. Access to Hydrants insure added hydrant placement is OK'd by fire dept. please call, thanks. Existing Hydrants Only 2 hydrants available. Fire Lane Signage Fire Sprinkler System Required Proposed Hydrants New hydrant need to be place at north entrance to parking by the island and by the access rooad to north side of second building.
