AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION
STATE OF IDAHO
Madison and Fremont Counties
I, Jeff Rydalch, being first duly sworn, depose and say, that
I am the business manager of the STANDARD
JOURNAL, a 3 times a week newspaper published 3 times
a week in Madison and Fremont Counties, Idaho; and I do
solemnly swear that the Hearing - zoning change from AgI
to Ll, a copy of which notice appears attached hereto, was
published in the regular and entire issue of said newspaper,
and not in any supplement issue, once an issue thereof for
two times, the first publication having been made on March
29, 2004 and the last publication having been made on April
19, 2004.
Further, that said newspaper is one of general circulation in
said county; that it is a legal newspaper, conforming to legal
specifications under the Idaho Statutes; that it has at least two
hundred bona fide subscribers living within the county of
publication; and that it has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said county during a period of
seventy-eight consecutive weeks prior to the first publication
of the said notice.

identified to me to be the person whose name subscribed to

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,
that a Public Hearin will be held
before the City Council of the City of
Rexburg; Idaho, Wednesday, Apr
21 2004 4 t 7,;35 p.m., in the City
Council "t�hambers of the City
Building at 12 North Center,
Rexburg, Idaho. regarding a zone
change from Agricultural One
(g1) to Light Industrial (LI).
J1 The said property (approximately
211 acres) is located north of the
East Moody Road and west of the
railroad tracks' in .the Rexburg
Impact Area, Madison County,
Idaho, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point where the
Westerly boundary line of the Union
Pacific Railroad right-of-way
Intersects the West line of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 8,
Township 6 North, Range 40 East,
Boise Meridian, Madison County,
Idaho, which is 3 rods, more or less,
(59.10 feet) North of the. Southwest
corner of 'said Southeast Quarter,
and running thence North 1280.14
feet; thence East 43 rods, more or
less, to where it intersects the
Westerly boundary of said Union
Pacific Railroad right-of-way; thence
Southwesterly along the Westerly
line of said right-of-way to the place
of beginning..
ALSO Commencing at a point
514 feet South of the Northwest
Corner of the Southeast Quarter of
said Section 8, and running thence
South 755.29 feet;. thence East 43
rods, more or less; to the West line
of the Union Pacific Railroad right-
of-way; thence Northeasterly along
said right-of-way to a point 514 feet
South of the North line of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section
8; thence West 1190 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM:
Commencing at the Northwest
corner of the Southeast Quarter of
said Section 8, and running thence
South 514 feel to the point of
beginning, thence East 200 feet;
thence South 1600 feet; thence
