Further, that said newspaper is one of general circulation in said county; that it is a legal newspaper, conforming to legal specifications under the Idaho Statutes; that it has at least two hundred bona fide subscribers living within the county of publication; and that it has been continuously and uninterruptedly published in said county during a period of seventy-eight consecutive weeks prior to the first publication of the said notice. J1 The said property (approximately 211 acres) is located north of the East Moody Road and west of the railroad tracks' in .the Rexburg Impact Area, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point where the Westerly boundary line of the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way Intersects the West line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 6 North, Range 40 East, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho, which is 3 rods, more or less, (59.10 feet) North of the. Southwest corner of 'said Southeast Quarter, and running thence North 1280.14 feet; thence East 43 rods, more or less, to where it intersects the Westerly boundary of said Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way; thence Southwesterly along the Westerly line of said right-of-way to the place of beginning..
