When the work is completed and ready for the final inspection, inspections can be scheduled on our HotLine at (208)372-2344. Inspections called in before 8 AM will be scheduled for that
day, inspections called in after 8 AM will be scheduled for the following day.

I have the electrician and hopefully HVac coming on Friday to finish everything up, I will get with the fire company to check on their info, and send it in.
Can we plan final inspection next week sometime? Who do I need to contact for those?

This email is regarding the SFR to 4-Plex project located at 236 N 3rd E permit 19-00447. This project has not yet passed the final inspections required for a Certificate of Occupancy.
The outstanding finals include: Commercial Building Final, Commercial Electrical Final, HVAC Final, Plumbing Final, Fire Alarm Final, Fire Sprinkler Final, and Planning & Zoning Final.
We also have not received plans or contractor information for the fire alarm work on this project. Review and approval of the fire alarm plans will need to take place before inspections
can be completed on the work.
