Front yard setback applies to the entire portion
of the lot that abuts Trejo Street. Front yard
setback also applies to the eastern 125 feet of
the lot abutting Grand Loop (formerly Tasman
Drive). Parking lots areas and trash recpetacles
shall not be located within the front yard
setback.
Proposal is subject to architectrual design
standards. This review will need to occur at the
time of building permit application. Building
footprint as proposed may be impacted by the
requirements of design standards.
Sidewalks along fronts of buildings are on
private lots. These sidewalks are intended to be
shared areas. An easement, or statment on
final plat should be clear that access to these
sidewalks is allowed for all all residents for the
purpose of gaining access to the public right-of-
way.
