Band should be of diferent color and or material from the overall wall. Development Standards Review No mechanical equipment can be visible from public right of way. Please provide evidence that this will not occur. This includes rooftop equipment as well as any ground equipment. Development Standards Review Provide landscaping that will further screen or reduce scale of proposed walls. Of particular concern are the north and northwest walls.
