HomeMy WebLinkAboutPROJECT DETAILS 2 - 08-00023 - Sunrise Dr - Founders Square PH1 Final PlatNOTES: • 312 STREET TREES WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE PLANTING STRIP AT THE RATE OF 2 PER RESIDENTIAL LOT BY THE DEVELOPER STREET TREES WILL BE TWO SPECIES, MAPLES AND GREEN ASH AND WILL BE ARRANGED IN AN ALTERNATING PATTERN. • EACH LOT WITHIN THE PROJECT WILL BE MINIMALLY REQUIRED TO INSTALL 3 SHADE TREES, 4 SHRUBS. • INSTALLATION OF BOTH THE STREET TREES AND TREES AND SHRUBS REQUIRED FOR LOTS SHALL BE INSTALLED AT COMPLETION OF EACH HOME. THE UPPER ACCESS POINT IS ON RIDGEVIEW DRIVE AND HAS FOUR PARKING SPACES FOR NEIGHBORS WHO MAY BE UNABLE TO ACCESS THE STEEPER PATHWAY. • THREE VIEW POINTS ARE PLANNED AT THE TERMINUS OF THE ASPHALT PATHWAYS.
