RE: Plan Review Response Letter

Valley Ag Fertilizer Plant -Addition
The following responses correspond to the comments from the plan review response letter
dated September 09, 2020.
1.) Please find the added grading detail B on sheet C2.
2.) Eagle Rock Engineering & Land Surveying will be providing the special inspections for
the soils and Connect Engineering will be providing all other special inspections.
3.) Please find updated Construction Note 44 on Sheet S 1.1.
4.) Please see call -out for safety glazing of the window by the stairs on sheet S 1.2.
5.) Please reference Section ES 1 on sheet S3.1. It is our understanding that the catwalk
railing complies with section 1015 as drawn. Please let us know if you disagree and why?
6.) Please find the updated Foundation Plan (S1.3), "for construction."
7.) Please find the updated note #3 under Notes to Contractor on sheet S 1.3.
8.) There are no concealed roof spaces or attic spaces on this project.
9.) Please see exception #1 under 10 11.2, 36" min. width is acceptable or stairways serving
an occupant load of less than 50.
10.) Please find the updated detail #49 on sheet S4.4.
11.) Response to be addressed by the Owner.
12.) Response to be addressed by the Owner.
13.) Please find the updated sheets G1 and C1 showing the required landscaping and parking
spaces.
