HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZ Amend Development Code -Ord 1200 September 17, 2020 signed & sealed NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR THE CITY OF REXBURG Public Hearing: September 17, 2020 at 6:35 pm to be held before the Rexburg Planning and Zoning Commission (#20 00603) to amend the current DEVELOPMENT CODE (Ordinance 1200) for the City of Rexburg. It is proposed to amend the current DEVELOPMENT CODE concerning substantive and non-substantive items. All proposed modifications to the DEVELOPMENT CODE may be substantive changes amending Development Code Ordinance No.1200 (by section) are delineated below: PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE DEVELOPMENT CODE CHAPTER 4.05.070 Lot Configuration and Density (in LDR3) C. The maximum density permitted in this district isten (10)dwelling units per acre. CHAPTER 3.04.080 Reduced Parking in the PED CHAPTER 2 Removed Infill from Definitions CHAPTER 3.02.100 Removed Infill/Redevelopment Buffering CHAPTER 4.06.080 Added PED Setbacks to Yard Requirements CHAPTER 4.06.130 Added PED to Referenced Sections and removed Infill CHAPTER 4.08.070 Amended PED in Lot Configuration and Density CHAPTER 5.01.090 Added PED to Yard Requirement CHAPTER 5.01.140 Removed Infill/Redevelopment from Other Requirements CHAPTER 9.01.010 Removed Purpose statement in Purpose and Objectives CHAPTER 9.01.020 Removed Infill/Redevelopment from Reduced Setbacks CHAPTER 9.01.030 Removed Infill/Redevelopment from Increased Setbacks and Buffering CHAPTER 9.2 PED Requirements in PED Supersede Zoning Conflicts from Other Sections CHAPTER 9.02.010 Modified Objective Statement of PED CHAPTER 9.02.020 Added Community Housing to Dwelling Area CHAPTER 9.02.030 Amended Density in PED and Enforcing Height Limits CHAPTER 9.02.040 Amended PED Parking Requirements CHAPTER 9.02.050 Amended PED Bicycle Parking At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on September 16, 2020.
