N OW THER EFORE , be it ordained by the C ouncil of C ity of R exburg, in the State of
Idaho, as follows:
SECTION 1: A MEND MEN T “4.05.070 Lot C onfiguration And Density” of
the R exburg Development Code is hereby am ended as follows:
B E F O R E A M E N D M E N T
4.05.070 Lot C onfiguration And Density
A.One (1) single-family dw elling unit may be placed on a parcel of land or lot in the
LD R3 zone.
B.No more than two (2) dw elling units in any one (1) structure.
C.The maximum density permitted in this district is eight (8) dwelling units per acre.
