Legal Description: Situated in the state of Idaho, county of Madison, city of Rexburg, Being part of lots 3&4, Block 12 Rexburg Town-site, Part of section 19, TWP. 6N, Range 40 E, of B.M., being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the rebar with a plastic cap found marking the Northwest corner of said lot 3, block 12; Thence North 89°44’10” East, a distance of 430.00 feet to a rebar with a plastic cap set stamped, “PLS 13856”; Thence South 00°15’33” East, a distance of 165.03 feet to a rebar with a plastic cap set stamped, “PLS 13856”; Thence South 89°43’48” West, a distance of 429.99 feet to a rebar with a plastic cap found; Thence North 00°16’06” West, a distance of 165.08 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.63 acres of land, more or less.
