Rezone Approximately 790 and 796 Barney Dairy Rd, Rexburg, Idaho to Low Density Residential 2 (LDR2)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ZONED DESIGNATION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, SITUATED IN
REXBURG, MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO, BE CHANGED AS HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho:
SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, which is filed with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended and changed to provide that the hereinafter
described property situated in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho, regarding (#20 00347) to rezone the property at approximately 790 and 796 Barney Dairy Road from
Rural Residential 1 (RR1) to Low Density Residential 2 (LDR2) zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho.
The said property is located at approximately 790 and 796 Barney Dairy Road in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Legal Description:
Beginning at a point that is North 89°59'00" West 629.00 feet from the East Quarter
Corner of Section 20, Township 6 North, Range 40 East of the Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho, running thence North 89°59'00" West 157.63 feet, thence South 03°13'48" East 256.29
feet, thence South 89°59'00" East 221.43 feet, thence North 17°00'00" West 267.59 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to existing county road Right-of-Way.
LESS:
Beginning at a point that is North 89°59'00" West, 629.00 feet from the East Quarter Corner of Section 20, Township 6 North, Range 40 East, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho; and
running thence North 89°59'00" West 157.63 feet; thence South 03°13'48" East, 50.08 feet; thence South 89°59'00" East, 170.09 feet; thence North 17°00'00" West, 52.28 feet to the point
of beginning.
The above tract of land contains approximately 0.19 acres.
SECTION II: That a new zoning map showing these amendments shall be certified to and declared to be the official zoning map of the City of Rexburg by passage of this Ordinance by the
City Council of the City of Rexburg.
SECTION III: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, approval and publication.
