This mask thing is yet another mandate. This mandate has risks. Therefore, it should NOT be mandated. In fact, in America, supposedly a free country, we should have as few laws and mandates as possible. This one is not necessary, it’s dangerous, and it’s the beginning of even worse things. And for how long? Until there is a vaccine, the vaccine that Bill Gates himself says will possibly kill 700,000 people? Yeah, that’s safe (not). We are adults. We can govern ourselves. If masks worked (which they don’t), then just those that need them should be wearing them. That would protect them just fine. But they don’t. Have you seen how small the viruses are and how they can go right through masks? Have you seen how we are damaging our lungs and our immune systems with these silly masks? We can social distance just fine if we feel it is necessary. I am appalled that Rexburg is even considering this possibility. Deaths are going down. Cases are going up only because there is more testing. And the testing. So crazy. One person, tested positive four times, counts as four positives, not just one. On the positive side, because children are not having their well-baby checks with vaccines, the infant death rate has gone way down. Please allow us to govern ourselves. Please allow stores to open and allow people to support their families. Too many people have lost jobs and businesses from this. I don’t plan to patronize any business that mandates masks. It’s just a modern yellow star. Go out and get some vitamin D from the sun, eat well, and take care of yourselves. If your vitamin D levels are high enough, the illness is nearly always quite mild. The individual’s health is the biggest determination as to how difficult the illness is.
