Dear Council Members,
I am requesting that you not mandate people wear masks. Myself and some family members have allergies during this time of year. Wearing a mask only makes it harder for us to breathe.
I have been studying and watching other cities and counties in other places with Covid-19. We here in Rexburg area do not have near the amount of cases nor deaths. A mask is only 27%
effective against Covid-19. I'm sorry that is not worth trading my freedom to choose.
If you walk around Rexburg the majority of people are not wearing masks. Please listen and do what the people ask of you. Please, please do not pass a mask mandate. Let the people choose
for themselves.
