without consent, the freedoms of those people are limited. As Madison county is in a far better position (relative to COVID-19) rather than other counties and areas in Idaho I do not
feel that it is appropriate to mandate masks. However, I do not feel it would not be over stepping any bounds to encourage local businesses to wear masks and encourage their customers
to wear masks. Whatever the voting results in, I will support Rexburg's local government in a trust that it is in everyone's best interest.
