431 S 2nd W Parking Management Plan
The Plan we propose includes the following;
●Each parking spot is to be numbered. When a new tenant signs the lease, they will be
given an option to pay extra for a parking spot. If they choose to pay for a parking spot
they will be assigned a number. The vehicle information will be recorded.
●For visitor parking, 1 conveniently accessible parking spot, next to the handicap spot, will
be assigned
●Visitor parking will be available during the hours of 1:00pm - 12:00 midnight daily
●All parking signage will be completed in accordance with city requirements
●All tandem parking spots will be assigned to rooms in the same unit.
●The parking rules will be fully monitored and enforced by Legacy Rental Management,
LLC At. 1014 Erikson Dr. Rexburg, ID 83440.
●Legacy Rental Management will be utilizing a licensed towing company of their choice to
enforce the parking obligation according to the tenant lease.
●No predatory towing or booting will be permitted.
