I am completely against mandating the wearing of masks. In the first place the fact that this action is even being considered is appalling and an infringement of my rights. The government's
responsibility is to protect the rights of the citizens not to take them away. Secondly, what is the purpose for this action? Is it to prevent the spread of Covid 19? If so then
you need to do your research prior to making such a drastic action as to mandate masks. There is substantial evidence that the wearing of masks has an adverse effect than the intentions
implied by this order. Your order even states the following "completely cover their nose and mouth with a cloth or similar face covering." A cloth covering is the equivalent of putting
up a chain link fence to keep out mosquitos. This order is a false sense of security which could be detrimental to the actual safety of the citizens as well as our freedoms and rights.
Vote no to the Mask Order No 2020-01.
