I live in the Rolling Hills neighborhood. I encourage you to vote to institute a mask mandate. It’s a simple thing that protects people. You are going to hear a lot of loud and possibly
unhinged voices that are going to give you an excuse possible to not institute a policy. I encourage you to listen to them, but take common sense into account, and to let scientific
findings weigh much more heavily than the voices of these scared citizens.
