Arrived on site and began observations. Observed the earthwork of building 11 and the concrete pour for
the footings on the west side of building 6. I observed that the excavation was in general conformance with
project plans. I also observed that the concrete placement was in general conformance with project plans.
The reinforcement of the concrete was also in general conformance with project plans.
