MUIR Fee: 0.00 Ex -officio Retarder Depuf!I o� r. i T t• o r• ° RE)BURG Arnericoa's Fanrif�Cmnm�rnrty ORDINANCE NO 1231 Rezone Approximately 280 Lorene St, Rexburg, Idaho to Medium Density Residential 2 (MDR2) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ZONED DESIGNATION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, SITUATED IN REXBURG, MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO, BE CHANGED AS HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho: SECTION I: That the zoning snap of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, which is filed with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended and changed to provide that the hereinafter described property situated in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho, regarding (#20 00268) to rezone the property at approximately 280 Lorene St from Community Business Center (CBC) to Medium Density Residential 2 (NIDR2) zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho. The said property is located at approximately 280 Lorene St in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Leel Description: Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 6 North, Range 40 East of the Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho, more particularly described as: Commencing at the northwest corner of Section 20; "Thence S 00°13'42" E 651.30 feet along the west line of said section; Thence N 89°46'18" E 548.15 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence N 89°46'18" E 126.94 feet to a point being marked by a 1/2" iron rod with cap stamped PLS 12222; Thence S 00°12'25" E 140.00 feet to a point being marked by a 1/2" iron rod with cap stamped PLS 12222; Thence S 89°31'34" W 122.43 feet; 'Thence N 02002'52" W 140.60 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 17,489 square feet or 0.401 acres. SECTION II: That a new zoning map showing these amendments shall be certified to and declared to be the official zoning map of the City of Rexburg by passage of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of Rexburg. SECTION III: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, approval and publication.
