We need to get the occupancy classification nailed down, before we can move forward. As I mentioned, we've previously been allowed to classify these bulk fertilizer plants as S2 - Low Hazard Storages. Our most recent projects have been the Pocatello facility (2015), the Greenleaf facility (2012), and the Hansen facility (2008). Those (3) buildings are much larger than what the total building square footage for the Rexburg facility will be. Look forward to hearing from you. Pat J.
