I observed the placement of concrete within Building 9 for the western stair way. I observed that the first
truck did not contain fibers within the concrete. The contractor went forward and placed the concrete. I
observed that the 2nd truck had fiber. I observed the concrete was in general conformance to project
documents. I observed the concrete was in general conformance to project documents. I observed the
duration of the pour.
