The proposed subdivision does not exceed four buildable lots, 2. No right-of-way dedication is necessary"; "City of Rexburg staff will take the place of both the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council." STAFF REVIEWS: GIS 1. Name doesn't have subdivision in the name not sure if this is required check with Craig. 2. Missing last direction on call S00*15'03" and N00*15'02" in boundary description. Plat diagram out side boundary calls doesn't match boundary description. 3. 2 monuments are shown but not labeled. 4. There aren't any utility easements shown but there is a reciprocal Cross Access Easement shown. 5. The Reorder's Certificate has Plat of Moody Creek Subdivision should have Hemming Village, Division No. 1 6. Derek Oswald and Landon Kesler own properties inside of boundary and are not shown on owner's certificate. I checked for deeds transferring ownership to Hemmings and didn't find any that haven't been processed. Planning: No notes at this time. Public Works: No notes at this time.
