RASMUSSEN F": 9.00 Rexburg, Idaho 83440 Ex-0Rkio Recorder ;;;y�� CORPORATE WARRANTY DEED Cenex/Land O'Lakes Agronomy Company, a Minnesota corporation, of 5500 Cenex Drive, Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota 55077, as GRANTOR, for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Valley Wide Cooperative Inc., an Idaho cooperative marketing association, of 101 East Main, Rexburg, Idaho 83440, as GRANTEE, and GRANTEE's successors and assigns forever, all of the following described real property situated in Madison County, Idaho, and more fully described on EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof: it To have and to hold the above granted and bargained real property together with all water rights appurtenant thereto and the hereditaments and appurtenances belonging thereto free and clear from all encumbrances whatsoever EXCEPT: (1) any lien for taxes not yet due or payable and all assessments from and after the date of this instrument, pro -rated on a calendar year basis which GRANTEE assumes and agrees to pay, and (2) restrictions, easements, right-of-ways and conditions of record. And the GRANTOR, for itself, its successors and assigns, does hereby covenant, warrant and shall defend the quiet and peaceable possession of said real property by GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, forever against the lawful claims"of all persons except as set forth hereinabove.
