AFFIDAVIT OF RECOMBINATION
WHEREAS:
1. Brigham Young University — Idaho is the sole owner with clear title to two individual
parcels of land it desires to combine into a single parcel, and
2. both parcels are under the same and sole ownership of Brigham Young University —
Idaho, a Utah Non -Profit Corporation, and
3. the parcels are contiguous to one another (one parcel having previously been part of the
other), and
4. both parcels are in the same jurisdiction of the City of Rexburg and both are located
within the currently existing University District zone, and
5. the resultant recombined parcel will be consistent with current zoning regulations, and
6. no new streets or utility service requirements will result from the recombination of the
individual parcels.
NOW. THEREFORE:
Brigham Young University -Idaho, a Utah Non -Profit Corporation, does hereby decree its desire
and intent to combine the below -described Parcels A and B into a singular Parcel C and to have
Parcel C be documented in the records of Madison County, Idaho as the legal record and
description of the combined property.
Parcel A: Parcel No. RPRXBCA0309010, referenced in Instrument # 339858 in the
records of Madison County, Idaho, dated 28 August 2007, and described as follows:
The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S1/2 SE1/4) of Section 30, Township 6
North, Range 40 East, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho.
Less: a parcel of land located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 6
North, Range 40 East, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho described as
follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of Section 30, being marked with an Idaho
Transportation Department monument set in a vault, described in the corner
perpetuation Instrument Numbers 264361, 176660, and 158676, said point being
located in the intersection of Second East and the Seventh South Streets, north
of the Seventh South centerline and in the centerline of Second East; thence
South 89°47'08" West along the south line of Section 30 a distance of 769.29
feet, thence at a right angle to the south line of Section 30 North 00019'23" West
a distance of 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
Thence South 89047'08" West a distance of 700.00 feet; thence North 00°19'23"
West a distance of 425.00 feet; thence North 89047'08" East a distance of 700.00
feet; thence South 000 19'23" East a distance of 425.00 feet to the true point of
beginning.
Parcel B: Parcel No. RPRXBCA0309020, referenced in Instrument # 339862 in the
records of Madison County, Idaho, dated 28 August 2007, and described as follows:
A parcel of land located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 6
North, Range 40 East, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho described as
follows:

The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S1/2 SEI/4) of Section 30, Township 6
North, Range 40 East, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho.
