Requirements needed to pass for a full CO.
The following shall be completed by July 1, 2020
-Concrete sidewalks to ADA stalls, along with access ramp, on East Parking lot as shown
on plans shall be provided.
The following shall be done by October 1, 2020
- Concrete --Dumpster pad, with enclosure shall be provided with in the East parking lot
- Sidewalk on East Side of property shall be provided, as shown in plans.
This Certificate, issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 111 of the International Building Code, certifies
that, at the time of issuance, this building or that portion of the building that was inspected on the date listed
was found to be in compliance with the requirements of the code for the group and division of occupancy and
the use for which the proposed occupancy was classified.
