Public Hearing 1: June 4, 2020 at 6:35 P.M. to be held before the Rexburg Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, to consider (#20 00266) amending the
Comprehensive Plan Map from Commercial to Low to Moderate Density Residential at parcel
number RPR6N40E203550 in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho.
Public Hearing 2: June 4, 2020 at 6:40 P.M. to be held before the Rexburg Planning and Zoning
Commission (#20 00268) to rezone parcel number RPR6N40E203550 from Community Business
Center (CBC) to Medium Density Residential 2 (.MDR2) zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison
County, Idaho.
Legal Description:
Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 6 North, Range 40 East of the Boise Meridian,
Madison County, Idaho, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Section 20; Thence S 00°13'42" E 651.30 feet along the
west line of said section; Thence N 89°46'18" E 548.15 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence N 89°46'18" E 126.94 feet to a point being marked by a 1/2" iron rod with cap stamped
PLS 12222; Thence S 00°12'25" E 140.00 feet to a point being marked by a 1/2" iron rod with cap
stamped PLS 12222; Thence S 89031'34" W 122.43 feet; Thence N 02°02'52" W 140.60 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 17,489 square feet or 0.401 acres.
