Chris Carr brought visual color drawings of the planned project.
Val Christensen stated that this project is coming before the Design Review Committee to look at the
building form and to decide if the planned stairwell connection is sufficient to break up the long length of the
buildings.
Chris Carr stated that they want a balance between the old and new. They know they need to meet rules, but
they want to maintain the flavor of the original development.
In the presented drawings, the roof line is broken up, and there is an elevation break-up for each building.
The stairwell and enclosing its back wall was discussed.
The Design Review Committee concluded that the stairwell was sufficient to break up the long expanse of
building, and that the back wall would be enclosed to better protect from the elements.
