March 1, 2019, A request for a final plat was received by staff. 2. March 5, 2019, fees overpaid on previous applications were moved to apply to this one. The balance was also paid. 3. March 25, 2019, the review tabs had to be extended so staff reviews would show up again. Need for reviews for this application were communicated again. 4. April 4, 2019, the Staff Review Summaries were mailed to the applicant. Applicant needs to resubmit. 5. April 11, 2019, rev. (2) and rev. (3) were received and reviewed. 6. April 12, 2019, rev. (4) was received. This revision was also sent to the County Surveyor for review. 7. April 15, 2019, County Surveyor notes on rev. (4) were received and sent to the applicant. Applicant needs to resubmit. 8. April 16, 2019, rev. (5) was received and sent to the County Surveyor for review. City Council Meeting April 17, 2019 Final Plat 445 E 7th N Centennial Townhomes #19-00100 – Blake Jolley or Stephen Zollinger City Attorney Zollinger reviewed the Final Plat for 445 E 7th N Centennial Townhomes. The development is to the north side of 7th N around the church. The development consists of 99 rental townhomes. The developer has gone through the process of solidifying all of the necessary details with the city’s Public Works Department. The final plat has been reviewed and is ready for action on behalf of City Council. Council Member Busby asked if a Final Plat needs to go through design standards. City Attorney Zollinger said he believes the final plat doesn’t have to go through design standards. The structures themselves have been working their way through the Building Department and are approved to start construction. City Attorney Zollinger indicated the Centennial Townhomes Development representative Blake Jolley is present tonight.
