This is a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
A Full Certificate of Occupancy will be issued
upon completion of the following items:
-Grade needs to be installed around a water
meter in order to make sure that water meter
is at final grade
-The outside needs all concrete, sidewalks,
driveways and steps completed.
