Re: Huck's and Sterling Medical Water and Sewer Revised Design Review. DEQ# 19-13-33.
Dear Mr. Bemy,
The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has received and reviewed the revised design plans
received February 28, 2020. All of our previous comments from our February 3, 2020letter have been
addressed; therefore the project plans are approved.
Our approval is for the design. We will give final project approval after the project is constructed and
the as-built drawings submitted for our records. This office must review any deviations from the
approved design that might result in violations of Idaho Regulations before field installation.
Within 30 days after construction, a professional engineer registered in the State of Idaho must provide
this office with as-built plans, or a letter of certification stating that the project was installed
substantially according to the approved design.
If you have any questions regarding this letter or if we can be of further assistance, please call me at
(208) s28-26s0
