1. September 13, 2019, Dan Larsen submitted a Final Plat Application for Phase 8 in the
Summerfield PUD Master Plan.

2. September 13, 2019, Payment was processed for a Final Plat for Summerfield Subdivision
Division 7.
3. October 9, 2019, the Staff Review Summary was sent to Dan Larsen.
4. October 23, 2019, Revision 2 was submitted.
5. October 31, 2019, Staff Review Summary for Revision 2 was sent to Dan Larsen.
6. November 1, 2019, Revision 3 was submitted.
7. November 11, Staff Review Summary for Revision 3 was sent to Dan Larsen.
8. November 13, 2019, Review 3 was sent to Aaron Swenson at Forsgren as the County
Surveyor and Tony Perkins with Rocky Mountain Power. Dan Larsen was notified the plat
has been sent to the County Surveyor.
9. November 18, 2019, The application has been scheduled for the November 20, 2019, City
Council agenda.
10. November 20, 2019, the application was presented to the City Council.

A. Summerfield Final Plat Phase 8 Approval #19-00547 — Condition of Approval: Ownership
Block Will Match Plat and County Surveyor approval - Alan Parkinson/Dan Larson
City Planner Parkinson explained City Staff is recommending approval of the Summerfield Final
Plat Phase 8 with the same conditions listed in phase 7.
Council President Smith asked for the lot size in the subdivision. Mr. Larson said they are about a
quarter acre lots.
Council Member Flora moved to approve the Summerfield Final Plat Phase 8 with the following
conditions:
A. Approval by the County Surveyor is required.
B. The ownership shall be corrected prior to signatures on the plat.

C. Utility easements shall be shown on the plat.
D. Irrigation plans shall be shown on the Landscaping Plan.
Council Member Walker seconded the motion; Council President Smith asked for a vote:
