Maxitrol R500S regulator not vented outside, not horizontal (need one or the
other).
2nd fire damper between custodian room 130 & room 126 (duct through fire
barrier).

Finish seal on Aluminum Grease duct cover on roof
Fire caulk duct penetrations in North fire barrier wall in Attic room, A03

West wall of 108 designated as fire barrier- is window above door rated?
Maximum reach height for items above bathroom counters is 44" above floor.
Handicap bathroom door closer (only one installed so far) by dining closes too
fast.
