Creek Road. The plan is to create two lots and road access that would compliment and mirror the Walmart development
to the north, with a north/south access road that will eventually run from E. Moody Creek to Stationary Place. Retail
establishments would locale on .75 to 1 acre lots on the west side of the access oad leaving the east open to a big box store possibility.
I understand this application is subject to acceptance by the City of Rexburg upon determination that the
