RE: Pizza Hut Tenant Finish
Amanda.
So far I have not received anything regarding the tenant finish for PizzaHut except the emailfrom Assistant Fire Chief
Bryan Grover. Which I fonrarded to you, please let me know if you did not receive it. I have reviewed the area surrounding
the building in an attempt to address the parking concerns. The dentist office located at'197 Stockham is required to have
6.5 parking spaces and currently has 7 regular spaces and t handicapped space. However, this building is split into 2
units and so this available parking would need to be shared between the 2 units. So this does NOT meet current parking
requirements. The restaurant located at2O7 Stockham is required to have 16 parking spaces and currently has 20 regular
spaces and 2 handicapped spaces. So this DOES meet current parking requirements. This leaves the Pizza Hut, Anytime
Fitness and Great Bambino "strip mall" must share the remaining 23 regular parking spaces and 3 handicapped spaces.
Regardless of whether this meets current requirements or not due to the fact that no further parking areas can be made.
Usually when a commercialentity wishes to occupy an existing building they are told they will have to make do with the
parking spaces available. I will have more detailed information for you once I receive a site plan for review. Just wanted to
let you know that I had not forgoften about this concern.
Thank you,
Paula

- Deadband capability is not required if lhe thermostat does not have automatic changeover capability between heating and cooling.
- Special occupanry or special applications where wide temperature ranges are not acceptable and are approved by the auhority
having jurisdiction-
13. Balancing devices provided in accordance with IMC (2006) 603.17.
14. Outdoor air supply and exhaust systems must have motorized dampers that automatically shut when the systems or spaces served are
not in use- Dampers must be capable of automatically shutting off during preoccupanry building warm-up, cooldown, and setback,
except when ventilation reduces energy cosls (e.9., njght purge) or when ventilation must be supplied to m€et code requiraments. Both
otrtdoor air supply and exhaust air dampers must have a maximum leakage rate of 3 cfrnlfl2 at 1 .0 in w.g. when tested in accordance
with AMCA Standard 500.
Exception(s):
- Gravity (non+notorized) dampers are acceptable in buildings less than three stories in height.
- Systoms with a design outside air intake or exhaust capacity of 300 cfm (140 Us) or less that are equipped with motor operated
dampers lhat open and close when the unit is energized and de-energized, respectively.
15. lndividual fan systems with a design supply air capacity of 5000 cfm or greater and minimum outside air supply of 70% or greater of the
supply air capacity must have an energy recovery system with at least a 50% effectiveness. lf an ait economlzer is also required, heat
recovery must be bypassed or controlled to permit air economizer operation.
Exception(s):
- Systoms serving spaces that are not cooled and heated to <60"F.
- Commercial kitchen hoods (grease) classified as Type I by NFPA 96.
- Systems exhausting toxic, flammable, paint, or corrosive fumes or dust.
- Where the largest exhaust source is less than 75% of the design outdoor airflow-
- Systems requiring dehumidification that employ energy recovery in series with the cooling coil.
