Rezone Approximately 236 North, 246 North and 264 North 3rd East from
Low Density Residential 1(LDR1), Low Density Residential 2 (LDR2) and
Community Business Center (CBC) to Medium Density Residential 1(MDR1)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO,
AND PROVIDING THAT THE ZONED DESIGNATION
OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED, SITUATED IN REXBURG, MADISON
COUNTY, IDAHO, BE CHANGED AS HEREINAFTER
DESIGNATED; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho:
SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, which
is filed with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended and
changed to provide that the hereinafter described property situated in the City of
Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho, regarding (#19 00710) to rezone
approximately 236 North 3' East, 246 North 3' East and 264 North 3rd East from
Low Density Residential 1 (LDR1), Low Density Residential 2 (LDR2) and
Community Business Center (CBC) to Medium Density Residential 1 (MDR1)
zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho.
The legal description of the said properties in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho,
are as follows:

Commencing at the NW corner of Lot 3 in Block 18 of the Original Rexburg
Townsite, Madison County, Idaho, as shown on the recorded plat thereof, and
running thence East 10 rods, thence South 4 rods, thence West 10 rods, thence
North 4 rods to the Point of Beginning.
Parcel 2:
Commencing at a point 10 rods East of the NW corner of Lot 3 in Block 18 of the
Original Rexburg Townsite, Madison County, Idaho, as shown on the recorded plat
thereof, and running thence East 10 rods, thence South 4 rods, thence West 10
rods, thence North 4 rods to the Point of Beginning.

Townsite, Madison County, Idaho, and running thence N. 00°15'02" W. 99.00 feet;

S.00021'28" W. 64.00 feet; thence S. 89044'58" W. 154.05 feet to the point of
beginning.

SECTION II: That a new zoning map showing these amendments shall
be certified to and declared to be the official zoning map of the City of Rexburg by
passage of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of Rexburg.
SECTION III: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage,
approval and publication.
