MUIR Fee: 0.00 Ex-Oftlo Recorder Deputy O� CITY O F REXBURG America's Fandly Comfnunity ORDINANCE NO. 1220 Rezone Approximately 236 North, 246 North and 264 North 3rd East from Low Density Residential 1(LDR1), Low Density Residential 2 (LDR2) and Community Business Center (CBC) to Medium Density Residential 1(MDR1) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ZONED DESIGNATION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, SITUATED IN REXBURG, MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO, BE CHANGED AS HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho: SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, which is filed with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended and changed to provide that the hereinafter described property situated in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho, regarding (#19 00710) to rezone approximately 236 North 3' East, 246 North 3' East and 264 North 3rd East from Low Density Residential 1 (LDR1), Low Density Residential 2 (LDR2) and Community Business Center (CBC) to Medium Density Residential 1 (MDR1) zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho.
