In order to secure permanent financing, the lender is requiring the complex to be split into three separate phases
consistent with the construction loans. Accordingly, we would like to split Providence Square into three tax parcels
according to phase. AH parcels will remain under the ownership of Compass Group Providence Square, LLC with a reciprocal use agreement aowng the parcels.
