Chairman Dyer stated that the question before the Commission is, shall the subject property be allowed tobe re-divided up as presented; in other words, should this prelimin ary platbe recomrir.rrd.d'fo, approval,ot not' to City C-oycil? The Chait asked if the Commissioners had any further questions or concelns for discussion about thisproposal. None were expressed.

Presentation by staff, City Attorn ey Zollinger reviewed the Final Plat approv aI for Tamana Fields
Division No. 1. The Tamana Final Plat has been reviewed by the Public Works Department and it
is ready for consideration as a final apprcval;this final plat comes forward with a recommendation
fot approval by the Planning andZontngCommission.
Council Membet Mann asked a question regarding outlets. City Attorn ey Zolltnger explained lot
number one will have access onto University Blvd and South Yellowstone Hwy. tlt t o will have
an easement with lot one onto South yellowstone H-y.
City Attomey Zollinget addressed the contingencies with the plan: Ail final public works and
infrastructure reviews need to be completed before they record the final plat.
