Special Conditions
This is a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. A full Certificate of Occupancy will be issued upon completion of
the following items:
- Mechanical will need to be looked at for second spray booth when installed.
-Fire Hydrant needs to be raised.
- Entrance exterior finish is not completed and a path through the north egress door separated from the work
area may be temporarily used by public for one week (expected time for entrance completion)
- Restroom accessibility corrections to be completed and special inspection reports to be submitted per Building
Final.
- Second paint booth has not been installed and will require inspections before use is approved.
All tasks are to be completed by June 30, 2020.
This Certificate, issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 111 of the International Building Code, certifies
that, at the time of issuance, this building or that portion of the building that was inspected on the date listed
was found to be in compliance with the requirements of the code for the group and division of occupancy and
the use for which the proposed occupancy was classified.
