The said property is located at 252 South 5a' West in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 36 rods North of the SE corner of the NE'/4 of Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 39 E.B.M., Madison County, Idaho, and running thence North 4 rods; thence West 20 rods; thence South 4 rods; thence East 20 rods to the place of beginning. At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permit. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on March 17, 2004.
