ALL WORKS SHALL BE COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY OF REXBURG SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS, AND 2002 IDAHO STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION (ISPWC), WHICHEVER IS MORE RESTRICTIVE. 2. APPROXIMATE LOCATIONS OF SOME KNOWN EXISTING UNDERGROUND UTILITIES ARE SHOWN HEREON. IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE EXACT LOCATIONS OF ALL EXISTING UTILITIES PRIOR TO BEGINNING WORK. THE CONTRACTOR AGREES TO BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES TO EXISTING UTILITIES. J. ALL WATER, SEWER AND STORM DRAIN LINES SHALL BE INSPECTED BY HARPER—LEAVITT ENGINEERING INC. PRIOR TO BACKFILLING. 24 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED. 4. WHERE IT IS NECESSARY FOR SEWER, STORM DRAIN OR IRRIGATION LINE TO CROSS WATER LINE AND THE NON—POTABLE (NPWL) LINE IS LESS THAN 18" BELOW OR THE NPWL IS ABOVE THE WATER LINE, THE NPWL LINE SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED WITH PIPE WHICH CONFORMS TO WATER MAIN STANDARDS FOR A DISTANCE OF 10' ON BOTH SIDES OF THE WATER LINE. ONE FULL LENGTH OF BOTH WATER MAIN AND NPWL SHALL BE CENTERED AT THE CROSSING POINT SO THAT JOINTS WILL BE AS FAR FROM THE CROSSING AS POSSIBLE. CONSTRUCT AS PER THE ISPWC (REFER TO SD -407). 5. WITHIN FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS AFTER THE COMPLETION OF WORK, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A SET OF AS—BUILT PLANS TO HARPER—LEAVITT ENGINEERING, INC.
