5/11 - Slab on grade - Slab NE half looks good
7/16 west half of upper PT slab rebar and cables looks good SI to verify.
5/23 - Concrete, wall, foundation - Slab on grade OK NW corner. Hold rebar
above grade
5/17 SW corner foundation 1st lvl garage OK
5/29 - Rebar PT Deck - Rebar and cables look good for 1st PT slab east half
6/7 West half of PT slab 1st floor look good
6/15 East end 2nd level walls and rebar look good.
6/28 (QO) West end foundation walls & columns OK.
6/29 (QO) East 2nd floor slab ok so far. Pour Sat. morning- Spec. Insp & Engr
will also inspect.

10/9 (QO) 2nd floor rough framing. (unblocked sheathing joints above some
windows. Penetrations above dropped ceilings to be fire-caulked. Mgr bath ceiling
dropped below drywall fire-block. NW unit has broken stud at bathroom
(plumbers making holes too big). NE unit Protective plates for plumbing not done
(see plumb. insp.) Drywall SE unit 1st level ok for taping.

12/28: Fire separation not maintained at penetrations in Mech. closet and under
kitchen sink and bathrooms. S.D. in very N.W. corner bdrm of 1st floor not
working. (Also 2 SD not working in unit East of coutyard). No Apt #'s posted.
Need rated penetrations above garage. Mgr unit missing handrails. Missing
Handrail on one side of NE stairs. Fix stair handrail returns on west side.

Directional arrow on 3rd floor exit sign East end. 3rd floor Rec. room bathroom
has no grab bars or pipe covers. Emergency lights at 4th level of ast stairs
missing. Directional arrow at bottom of west stairs' exit sign. Missing some
handrail extensions on west exterior stairs. Firecaulk gas pip penetration behind
rec. room fireplace.

east unit on the first floor in the peninsula, will re-inspect on the next final
inspection.

call for a re-inspect when ready.
