The location is zoned Medium Density Residential (MDR). The said property is located at 264 South 3'u West in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 82.5 feet North of the SE corner of lot 4, Block 6 of the Southend Addition to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as shown on the recorded plat thereof, and running thence North 82.5 feet; thence West 165 feet; thence South 82.5 feet; thence East 165 feet to the point of beginning. At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permit. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on November 06, 2002.
