The location is zoned Low Density Residential (LDRI). The said property is located at 479 Harvard Avenue in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 7 Block 2 of Sherwood Hills Subdivision No. 1 to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof. At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permit. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on January 15, 2003.
